At Ocys Line, every dress is made with care and attention to detail.

  • Custom Orders: Because each dress is made-to-measure, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available once work has begun on your order.
  • Ready-to-Wear Items: If you purchase a ready-made item, it may be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. After this period, work may have already begun and cancellation will not be possible.
  • Alterations: If adjustments are needed, clients are responsible for alteration costs unless an error was made on our part.
